Most modern devices allow us to provide an audio version of our courses through text-to-speech accessibility technology. Please keep in mind the audio created by these tools is machine-generated, so some words or phrases might be incorrectly pronounced (for example, the initials in our credentials can be funny to hear.) We have very little control over the generation process & final output of the audio.
Here are step-by-step instructions for you to follow based on how you are accessing our courses.
On Your Computer
Windows computers come with the Microsoft Edge browser pre-installed. We recommend using the Edge browser for the easiest access. If you prefer to use Google Chromebrowser instead, please click here to follow those instructions.
To use Microsoft Edge browser
First, you can access your purchased courses through the My Courses tab inside of your account.
Click on the course you would like to access. You will be taken to the Syllabus page, where you can click on the first part of your course “Read the Course”.
When viewing the course, if you scroll down the page there is a button to “View The Course in Full Screen”. Click on that button to open up the course in a new tab.
With the course in full screen, you should see some buttons across the top of the screen for various tools. Look for the one that looks like the letter “A” with some sound waves coming off of it. This is the button to have the course read aloud for you. Click on that button.

With the course opened in full screen, we need to highlight all of the content on the page. The easiest way to do this is to hold down the Control key (CTRL) and press the letter “A”. This should highlight all text on the page.
With all of the text highlighted, right click on the text to open a menu. You should now see an option for “Reading Mode”. Please click on that.
Reading Mode opens a new section inside of the window with all of the text from the course & controls to play the audio.
