I appreciate the time and dedication that the authors spent on writing a course that benefits the learners and helps prevent challenges with licenses and also protecting the clients. The information was presented in a compassionate manner no matter who is reading the material. I also appreciate the fact that the authors have personal experience in the related field that they are educating others on.

The information about medical errors was fascinating, but I also found the substance abuse counseling advice very interesting. I enjoyed reading the material and it was affordable. When I needed help it was quickly available.

— Nancy Wolf, LMHC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

★★★★★

This was a well written, enjoyable course from a different perspective than we usually get on this topic. Refreshing!
What was your favorite part of the course: Several things. First, I loved the perspective that lack of competence by professionals who attempt to treat clients with issue for which they do not have expertise was well done. You did not just state it because we all know that, but you drove the point home with your sections on Misdiagnosis, substance abuse, and domestic violence. The second thing I liked what the clarity in the section called Confidentiality and Privilege in Legal Situations. Our attorney se emed to waffle in his direction over the years, but in fact because of the clarity provided in this section, I know have an understanding of where he was coming from although he never articulated it this clearly. Thank you

— Joanne Correia-Kent, Broward

★★★★★
